Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

I have know Steve for a few years and always recommend him to friends who are looking to buy in Mojacar. Steve has so much knowledge about the industry and Mojacar that I would be surprised if he couldn't help you to buy or sell. Steve has just sold our apartment and he put so much time and effort into the viewing and the actual sale process, we feel we can leave everything in his hands as he is totally trustworthy and professional. We regard Steve as a friend who will go the extra mile to satisfy you. Another important thing is that he communicates well which is really important when your in the UK and you have to rely on someone for their expertise and guidance, he always returns your calls and emails so you know what is happening. Happy Days! I put my property up for sale recently with Steve Howlett - V.I.P,Almeria and to my amazement, it sold in less than a week. I found Steve very professional and enthusiastic from start to finish, he gave good advice and sorted out any worries or reservations I had and made the whole experience stress free.
