Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time. Steve was nothing but helpful and genuine in helping us with our choice - and we weren't an easy sell haha!
