We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell. Steven came up and helped us with our paperwork, made arrangements for taxes, photographed the house and even made a video. He came back within a few days and said he had an offer, we had not even done a viewing yet, and two weeks later we had sold. Just returned from Mojacar and can't thank Steve enough for his never ending help in finding a property. He is by far the best estate agent in the area as he treats every person who comes through the door of his office as individuals. I met Steve in September and on discussing property in the area of Mojacar he soon realised that I didn't know much about the area at all.. he took time out and took us all around the area explaining what Mojacar is about which then gave us a good insight as to where we would like to buy. We kept in touch with him from September to our next visit in November and we have just returned having secured a property.
