VIP came recommended to us by Olive Properties / Bedar.  Having posted our apartment on the web in mid March, we were astonished to find that Steve had secured us a deal, dealt with all the buraucracy and lodged our funds to our bank in less than 12 weeks.  He was simply amazing - like a whirlwind in how he just took the reins and jumped every hurdle on our behalf.  He just took any element of stress out of our hands and managed the entire process with gusto.  Well done Steve and we wish you every success at VIP.

We bought through V.I.P Almeria back in early 2008, Even now years later, we have found them to be professional, understanding, reliable and honest.  The service they have given us has been second to none.

My purchase of a property in Spain was made exciting and easy by the excellence,  the professionalism of Mr Steven Howlett of V I P Almeria. His help does not end with the sales completion, the after sales service offered is unbeatable; V I P goes that extra mile........... Chris Crosby.

I went to Spain to visit friends and was intrigued by what property prices were in relation to what I would see as my ideal package. I met Steve from VIP who not only took time to listen to what my requirements might be but he also went the extra mile in terms of service. With his highly professional profile I found it comfortable to make the decision to purchase.
