We were recommended to Steve at V.I.P. Almeria as the estate agent to use and we were delighted with the service that we received. Steve was informative and enthusiastic but never pushy. We had been the victims of an aborted purchase some years ago so were naturally cautious and wary but Steve was a reassuring advisor and guide. He and his colleagues were also a great help with their advice and assistance after the purchase was completed. We intend to use them as our letting agents and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to potential purchasers.

As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas.
