Just returned from Mojacar and can't thank Steve enough for his never ending help in finding a property. He is by far the best estate agent in the area as he treats every person who comes through the door of his office as individuals. I met Steve in September and on discussing property in the area of Mojacar he soon realised that I didn't know much about the area at all.. he took time out and took us all around the area explaining what Mojacar is about which then gave us a good insight as to where we would like to buy. We kept in touch with him from September to our next visit in November and we have just returned having secured a property. I can assure anyone looking for property in the area of Mojacar that they should visit Steve and see for themselves just how much he goes out of his way to find the right property for the person! He is so helpful and has a superb quality of building relationships quickly with prospective clients. He can't do enough for you and eventually becomes a friend to you through the process of buying. We are so looking forward to going back to Mojacar and get the keys to our property. Steve is now firmly a good friend and I can honestly say, please if anyone is interested in buying go and make contact with Steve as you will not be disappointed at all. He will do his best to find exactly what you are wanting in a property in this area. Thank you Steve for all you ongoing help.

Happy Days! I put my property up for sale recently with Steve Howlett - V.I.P,Almeria and to my amazement, it sold in less than a week. I found Steve very professional and enthusiastic from start to finish, he gave good advice and sorted out any worries or reservations I had and made the whole experience stress free. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept in touch on a regular basis via phone or emails. He even helped out when my son and his family, who had booked flights to visit me, had nowhere to stay due to the quick sale. I can honestly say, that I was an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend Steve  to anyone. Regards Marilyn Lewis

Extremely professional. I know Steve works 100 per cent to try and help his clients. I would highly recommend VIP

Steven; Just to say thanks for all your help in acquiring our holiday home in Mojacar.  Your thoroughness and professionalism  in identifying a broad range of suitable properties proved invaluable when it came to us making our final decision.  We never felt pressurised during the entire process,  yet you were always on hand to give advice if sought. Finally, even after concluding the deal we were very impressed  by the fact that you continued to follow through on a number of outstanding issues on our behalf. Bernie and Gerry Finnegan.
