As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time. Thanks so much to Steve and Vicky from VIP Almeria for making what had the essence to be a very stressful experience into being very enjoyable and stress free. Steve was nothing but helpful and genuine in helping us with our choice - and we weren't an easy sell haha! From start to finish nothing was too much and we were made to feel like his only customers, I would definitely recommend VIP Almeria for anyone's property needs in Mojocar. A special thanks too to Vicky, as without her gentle touch and quick but level headed assistance thing definitely wouldn't have went so smoothly. A definite 5 stars from us, thanks again guys :)

I was put in contact with Steve from vip in November 2014, he is true to his word, he sold my apartment and was so helpful to me, there is a lot of estate agents in Spain and mojacar, I would recommend Steve cause he delivers on his word,
