As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. Steve from VIP Almeria is One of the nicest and helpful people you will ever meet he couldn't do enough for me with my house, i can honestly say and i always do say buy or sell with him and he will make it as much stress free as he possible can. Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell. Steven came up and helped us with our paperwork, made arrangements for taxes, photographed the house and even made a video. He came back within a few days and said he had an offer, we had not even done a viewing yet, and two weeks later we had sold.
