As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time.
