Dear Steven As we have now had confirmation from Nicole at Euro Abogados that the property sale was successfully finalized last Friday, we are just emailing to thank you for everything you (and Ruby) did for us to make this happen. First met Steven back in July 2014 when buying our townhouse, he ferried us around to view at least 10 properties and he was an enormous help then as we didn't really have a clue as to what we were doing, who to turn to etc. He pointed us in all the right directions then and now we've asked for his help and guidance again, nearly 2 years later, there was no hesitation and nothing has been too much trouble this time either.
