This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas. Steven Howlett is very organized and has a meticulous attention to detail. He did the job done the way i wanted it done.

We were recommended to Steve at V.I.P. Almeria as the estate agent to use and we were delighted with the service that we received. Steve was informative and enthusiastic but never pushy. We had been the victims of an aborted purchase some years ago so were naturally cautious and wary but Steve was a reassuring advisor and guide.
