Dear Steven As we have now had confirmation from Nicole at Euro Abogados that the property sale was successfully finalized last Friday, we are just emailing to thank you for everything you (and Ruby) did for us to make this happen. The service you provide is excellent and we couldn't be more grateful. Although, sadly, our Spanish dream hasn't been fulfilled, we wish you and your family - and everyone at VIP Almeria - all the very best for the future and we hope you all continue enjoying the good life in the Mediterranean sunshine! With kindest regards Alan & Sue

I went to Spain to visit friends and was intrigued by what property prices were in relation to what I would see as my ideal package. I met Steve from VIP who not only took time to listen to what my requirements might be but he also went the extra mile in terms of service. With his highly professional profile I found it comfortable to make the decision to purchase.

I was generally apprehensive about the ins and outs of buying in Spain untill my parents flew out and met Steve and his team. Straight talking and down to earth VIP Almeria have helped us to find our perfect property. Don't take my word for it, if your considering buying in the area, put VIP Almeria at the top of your list of agents to visit. Many many thanks to Steve and his team for looking after us. Regards, Paul Jnr on behalf of an extremely pleased Walsh family.

Happy Days! I put my property up for sale recently with Steve Howlett - V.I.P,Almeria and to my amazement, it sold in less than a week. I found Steve very professional and enthusiastic from start to finish, he gave good advice and sorted out any worries or reservations I had and made the whole experience stress free. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept in touch on a regular basis via phone or emails. He even helped out when my son and his family, who had booked flights to visit me, had nowhere to stay due to the quick sale. I can honestly say, that I was an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend Steve  to anyone. Regards Marilyn Lewis
