I was put in contact with Steve from vip in November 2014, he is true to his word, he sold my apartment and was so helpful to me, there is a lot of estate agents in Spain and mojacar, I would recommend Steve cause he delivers on his word,

Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time.
