As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale. Dealing with all  the various authorities was  expertly handled in Spanish by Mr Howlett and his assistant leaving me free of worry and confident of the good outcome which occurred in a remarkably short time. An amazing one to one experience in purchasing property in Almeria, nothing is too much trouble for its Owner Steven Howlett. Its good to see someone that takes pride in finding you the right property by listening to your needs.

This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas. Steven Howlett is very organized and has a meticulous attention to detail. He did the job done the way i wanted it done.
