In the many years I have know the guys at V.I.P Almeria they have always been committed, honest, down to earth and loyal. Always friendly and willing to help in any way they can.

This was my first purchase in Spain. I studied the market and booked many different appointments with Agents. We visited all along the Almeria coast as far as Costa de la Luz, we came back to Mojacar for second visits to my favourite Villas. Steven Howlett is very organized and has a meticulous attention to detail. He did the job done the way i wanted it done.

I met Steve through a third party agent, from the first meeting i was at ease. Steve is a constant source of new ideas. Creative, passionate, and fun to be around. He knows his job well.

I met Steven in 2005. All this time he has been helpful, honest and extremely professional. VIP is a great company to do business with and he will make the decision of buy or sell your property stress free. I will always recommend Steven and VIP!
