VIP came recommended to us by Olive Properties / Bedar.  Having posted our apartment on the web in mid March, we were astonished to find that Steve had secured us a deal, dealt with all the buraucracy and lodged our funds to our bank in less than 12 weeks.  He was simply amazing - like a whirlwind in how he just took the reins and jumped every hurdle on our behalf.  He just took any element of stress out of our hands and managed the entire process with gusto.  Well done Steve and we wish you every success at VIP.

Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

Happy Days! I put my property up for sale recently with Steve Howlett - V.I.P,Almeria and to my amazement, it sold in less than a week. I found Steve very professional and enthusiastic from start to finish, he gave good advice and sorted out any worries or reservations I had and made the whole experience stress free.
