In 3 weeks they found a buyer who then viewed and we have just completed at Notary this morning. We also would like to say a huge thank you to Adolfo the clients acting solicitors. As an expatriate living in Spain and recently having to sell a property and return to the U.k. I would like to make the following sincere comments regarding VIP. Never in my long experience with estate agents have I ever had  such excellent and cheerful service when selling a property with some of the  problems which can and indeed did occur  over this sale.
