Steven; Just to say thanks for all your help in acquiring our holiday home in Mojacar.  Your thoroughness and professionalism  in identifying a broad range of suitable properties proved invaluable when it came to us making our final decision.  We never felt pressurised during the entire process,  yet you were always on hand to give advice if sought. Finally, even after concluding the deal we were very impressed  by the fact that you continued to follow through on a number of outstanding issues on our behalf. Bernie and Gerry Finnegan.   

We did not get our property yet and with your help Steven; we know we will get the right one, but your the most fun agent in Spain! Most people are not worth working with. We appreciate your help and hard WORK. We will get there soon together.
