An amazing one to one experience in purchasing property in Almeria, nothing is too much trouble for its Owner Steven Howlett. Its good to see someone that takes pride in finding you the right property by listening to your needs.

We bought through V.I.P Almeria back in early 2008, Even now years later, we have found them to be professional, understanding, reliable and honest.  The service they have given us has been second to none.

Dear Steven As we have now had confirmation from Nicole at Euro Abogados that the property sale was successfully finalized last Friday, we are just emailing to thank you for everything you (and Ruby) did for us to make this happen. The service you provide is excellent and we couldn't be more grateful. Although, sadly, our Spanish dream hasn't been fulfilled, we wish you and your family - and everyone at VIP Almeria - all the very best for the future and we hope you all continue enjoying the good life in the Mediterranean sunshine! With kindest regards Alan & Sue

Steven has been helpful, friendly and vigorous in helping us find and buy our apartment in Spain. He understood quickly what we were looking for and showed us several apartments that we really liked, saving the best till last! He helped us through the negotiating process and gave us lots of information and advice. I would most certainly recommend VIP Almeria to anyone buying or selling a property in the Mojacar area. You will have energetic and thorough support. Thanks Steven - you are a star!
