We approached V.I.P Almeria when we considered selling our villa in Mojacar. The summer is here so we thought maybe in the next year it would sell. Steven came up and helped us with our paperwork, made arrangements for taxes, photographed the house and even made a video. He came back within a few days and said he had an offer, we had not even done a viewing yet, and two weeks later we had sold. Steven made the whole process so easy, took his time with us and right through the signing and afterwards is still there for us. We know what it is to be V.I.P Client.  We recommend V.I.P Almeria.

Luckily i was one of the few people who got to work closely with steven. He runs a great company and he puts in alot of time and effort. He doesnt just sell a property to anyone but he sells it to people who will improve and make better of the society. Its easy to tell he loves what he does and hes constantly improving the area. Whilst working with him for a short period of time i considerd myself lucky because an opportunity like that doesnt occur every day.

Thanks so much to Steve and Vicky from VIP Almeria for making what had the essence to be a very stressful experience into being very enjoyable and stress free. Steve was nothing but helpful and genuine in helping us with our choice - and we weren't an easy sell haha! From start to finish nothing was too much and we were made to feel like his only customers, I would definitely recommend VIP Almeria for anyone's property needs in Mojocar. A special thanks too to Vicky, as without her gentle touch and quick but level headed assistance thing definitely wouldn't have went so smoothly. A definite 5 stars from us, thanks again guys :)

It is unlikely that we would have settled in Mojacar if it had not been for VIP Almeria. At no time did they hesitate to iron out a problem,and long after we arrived they were aways there to assist.
