The marble and stone used was selected in Italy and shipped to Spain to be specifically cut and finished to the owners specification in Mojacar, Almeria, were the best cutting factories in Spain are located. There is also hot and cold air conditioning throughout that can be independently controlled from every room. All windows and doors are double glazed with laminated, sound proofed security glass. All exterior windows and doors have electronic security shutters that can be independently operated at source or operated via the smart house system that can command all the shutters to rise or fall at the touch of one button or just the ground floor, bedroom or kitchen etc. An emergency lighting system services all areas should there be a power failure. An in house music system pipes music to every room, bathroom and corridor via a central station in the lounge, which can be serviced by any make of sound system (currently Bang & Olufsen). An independent control panel situated in all bedrooms and main areas allows guests to select the radio station of their choice or plug in their personal Ipod. A fully computerized automatic watering system services the gardens and all flower and plant containers.
