 Built by the current owners family in 1969, this was one of the first villas to be built along Mojacar Playa before any other construction bar a few hotels and new apartment developments were built and as such has historical significance and a place in Mojacar's recent history. On a parcel of urban land of 1308 sq metres, the villa consists of private driveway with large garage. Stairs from the driveway lead up to the entrance & covered porch offering a front terrace seating area ideal for avoiding the evening sun and enjoying the shade offered by the covered terrace and trees in the front garden, to enjoy al fresco dining and the views. From the front door one accesses into large lounge and dining area with feature window overlooking the front garden and sea direction, the original kitchen with access out to rear patio and gardens. From the lounge there are 4 steps down to the sleeping wing of the villa with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both bathrooms recently re tiled). From the master bedroom there are doors out to a private terrace overlooking the front of the villa and offering sea views.

From the rear terrace there is a gate to the land at the rear of the villa currently simply occupied by primarily pine trees and used simply as a screen for privacy, though there is huge potential to clear this area for a private swimming pool or even to extend the villa with more accommodation. Stairs lead to various additional terraces around the villa including up to a private roof terrace where one can enjoy the best sea views all along the coastline. The owners family originally built the villa in 1969 and then built a community of 7 townhouses in the 1970s on the adjacent parcel of land that shared a very attractive swimming pool. As the owners did not live all year round at the villa, they decided to use the community pool as their shared pool and as such the villa contributes a portion of community fees for the upkeep of the pool area which can be used by the villa owners, family or rental clients. As only 7 other properties share the pool, it is rarely occupied as only 2 of those 7 houses are full year round residents.
