Located on the desirable Agua Nueva urbanisation is this well presented 3 bedroom villa with private pool and walled gardens.

With a private driveway, access is via a secure side gate which leads to the pool terrace and front door. On entering the villa you enter into the light and bright lounge. Stairs at the rear of the villa lead to the full roof terrace offering great additional space storage and fantastic views around the urbanisation. At the side of the house is a shed for storage and a 10,000 litre water storage tank for emergency use should the water be off for hours or days.

The Agua Nueva urbanisation started to be built around 15 years ago where owners bought and had villas built to their specification. This villa is on the out edge of the urbanisation and backs out onto the countryside surrounding the urbanisation. The villa is walled and gated offering secure accommodation in this peaceful community. The village of Turre is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes in a car where the local bars, shops and restaurants are situated.
