It is located 1 KM away from the village of Arboleas in the hamlet next to La Peraltas. This is positioned at the mouth of the Alamazora river. The original plan was to have a On the ground floor there are various rooms which were going to be massage room and a sauna.In the center of this property there is a very traditional central atrium that covers both the ground and upper floors.
