The resort of Mojacar is approximately 15-20 minutes away whilst Almeria airport can be accessed within 45 minutes.

The summer lounge opens out onto the pool terrace with patio doors, whilst a retractable sun awning can be pulled out to offer more shade from the hot Andalusian sun. There is also a sizeable storeroom here next to the kitchen.

On entering the property via the traditional double front door, you will find yourself in the spacious entrance hallway. Then to your left is a lounge/diner with air conditioning and patio doors. Ahead is a longer hallway running from left to right. On the left is a sizeable country-style kitchen with all appliances, granite worktops, larder and a door out to the arched courtyard. Next along the hall is the family shower room with corner shower cubicle and vanity unit. Further along is the family bathroom with corner bath and his & hers double vanity unit. Then at the end of the hallway you will find 3 ample double bedrooms, all a very generous size. The last bedroom also benefits from a door into the summer lounge which overlooks the pool. The summer lounge is an ideal entertaining space and opens onto the pool terrace and the internal courtyard.
