Entry is via the electric gates and there is parking available for half a dozen cars if required. This is a great house for entertaining a large group or a number of generations if you have a large family. There are terraced and landscaped gardens and a number of wings to the house. On the west wing outside the dining room is a large Moroccan style terrace for shade, on the south wing, a large patio area with barbecue which leads to the pool area. This area has a covered terrace for alfresco dining and a courtyard entrance to the casita which is ideal as a garage or workshop.

The house has mains electric and water from a private well deposit. It holds 10.000 Litres of drinking water and an additional tank of 5000 Litres for irrigation. The water costs approx. 35 Euros a month for full time usage. The garden is well maintained with various plants and trees including lemon and palms. It is a fantastic area to entertain family and friends as a private retreat or oasis. This is a home that offers so many extras and additions such as a geo bubble pool cover, this is keeps the pool warmer and saves water through evaporation. The vendors benefit from a swimming season from spring to the end of October.

The Villa was constructed in 1981 and is very modern and well maintained. The corridor can be closed off for guests with a further two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning which is invertor with hot or cold function.
