Location:- 1 kilometre outside Los Lobos, on the A332 Vera to Aguilas Road. Anyone who has driven along this road from Los Lobos towards Vera will have noticed this beautiful house. The House:- Architect designed recently completed country house, in easy reach of all facilities. Constructed by a local builder well known for his high quality builds. Throughout the house, the best of materials have been used consistently. There are 2 outhouses, one a boilerhouse for the central heating, the other a gashouse, housing the gas tanks (2 banks of 5 large tanks each for the heating). There is a constructed dog kennel, complete with tiled roof! Beneath the courtyard is a 25,000 litre emergency water deposit with automatic pumping system, housed in a constructed caseta.
