Location: The property is located in the centre of Mojacar Playa in a quiet location only 250-300 metres from the seafront and Cueva del Lobo beach. It has easy access to what is one of the best areas on the Playa where a good selection of restaurants, music bars and a seafront disco can be found.
The area has a good variety of shops & supermarket, which stocks just about everything, is a four minute walk from apartments ensuring those wishing to self-cater or simply stay or live have have everything close at hand.

V.I.P Almeria is established since 2005. A combined venture between Stephen Howlett and Victoria Venturini. We are a very pro-active and progressive agent that act for a client's benefit. We have three children together and have experienced many different aspects from local integration to schooling since our permanent move from Dublin Ireland to Mojacar in the Costa Almeria in 2003. In 2012, Steven Howlett was selected as the "Almeria Area Expert" for the UK TV show "A Place in the Sun" - Summer Sun and was interviewed about Mojacar and the surrounding Coastline. Steven has being involved in a number of other Shows showing property options to clients. We even have our own profile Section on "A Place in The Sun" 

Many different aspects of the industry are now available from our beach office such as Sales, Valuations, Survey, Architect plans, Community Administration, Insurance, Planning and Property Registry solutions including Land Taxes.
